Terms and Conditions for ElevateHaven

Welcome to ElevateHaven! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, including property rental bookings. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. General Booking Terms
1.1 Reservation and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made via the secure payment methods provided on our website.
1.2 Cancellations and Refunds
- Moderate Policy: Guests may cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- Long-term Stays (28+ Nights): A full refund is available for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. After this period, the first 30 days are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after cancellation, subject to bank processing times.
1.3 Access Requirements
- Access to the property will not be granted unless the following requirements are met:
- A valid government-issued photo ID has been provided prior to check-in.
- A security deposit pre-authorization of £250 has been approved on the provided payment method.
2. Property Use and Conduct
2.1 Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: After 3:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 AM
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee of £20.
- Failure to Check-Out: Not vacating on time and not returning keys to the lockbox will incur a £100 fee.
2.2 Noise Policy
- Quiet Hours: No loud noise, music, or disturbances are allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM to respect the residential neighbourhood.
- No Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
2.3 No Smoking
- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking incurs a £150 cleaning fee, deducted from the security deposit.
2.4 No Pets
- Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets incur a cleaning fees of £150 and termination of your stay without a refund.
2.5 Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities, any violations of local laws, or improper use of the property are strictly forbidden.
3. Security Deposit and Damage Policy
- Security Deposit: A £250 pre-authorization hold is placed on your payment method to cover damages or rule violations. The hold is released within 3 business days after check-out if no claims are made.
- Lost Key Fee: A £50 fee applies for lost keys or necessary lock changes, deducted from the security deposit.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Compliance: Guests must adhere to all building and community rules, as well as these Terms and Conditions.
- Occupancy Limits: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Exceeding occupancy limits will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
- Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property by locking all doors and windows when leaving.
- Cleaning Standards: Guests must leave the property tidy (e.g., dishes cleaned, trash disposed of, no excessive mess).
5. Liability and Disclaimer
- Property Conditions: We strive to ensure the property is in excellent condition for your arrival. However, we are not liable for unforeseen maintenance issues. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
- Guest Belongings: ElevateHaven is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
- Guest Responsibility: You assume all responsibility for your actions and safety while staying at the property. ElevateHaven is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Amendments to Terms
ElevateHaven reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be communicated to guests who have active reservations at the time of the update. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
